How do I pick up my Conference Tag?
Picking Up Your Conference Tag:
Attendees are invited to collect their tags between the 23rd and the 27th at Gate 4 (next to Smolarz Auditorium) and Gate 7.
For guests attending events at the Nature Museum, there will also be a pickup point for tags there (June 24 & 27).
Please make sure to arrive with photo ID.
You will need to scan the name tag for entry to all of the events so please don't forget to pick this up.

How much does Cyber Week cost?
Cyber Week is free!
*Please note that workshops and trainings may require a registration fee.
Where is Cyber Week 2019 held?
All of the events are taking place at Tel Aviv University. The university is accessible by public transit and by taxi, but please note that there is no parking available on campus.
Is there food at Cyber Week?
Light meals and refreshments are provided at Cyber Week events. You can also purchase meals on-campus.
I’m coming from out of town. Where can I stay?
What language is the conference?
All events are held in English. There is no option for simultaneous translation to any other language.
How should I get to Cyber Week?
Shuttles will be avialble from the Tel Aviv boardwalk to Tel Aviv University.
There will be a shuttle bus leaving from the Dan Hotel and will make stops at the Melody Hotel (across the road from the Hilton Hotel) and the Tal Hotel, in this order.
Monday - 7:15 am
Tuesday - 7:30 am
Wednesday - 7:00 am
Thursday - 7:30 am
The hotels are fairly close to each other, so we recommend to be ready to leave at the times stated above.
