In recent years, like-minded nations have underscored the need to address rising threats to cyberspace as a free, innovative and secured global domain. CLF@TLV will summon a select group of leaders in the cyber and national security domains from around the world. The final aim is global reduction in cyber-attacks for the benefit of all founding members and humanity at large.
The founding forum will discuss opportunities for international cooperation, norms and ways to achieve the desired goals. We invite like-minded partners to join the forum, which is set to take place at the peak of the 6th Annual International Cyber Security Conference. We aim to bring in representatives from a few dozens of the world's nations to Tel Aviv to discuss an ambitious agenda. Beyond the core goal of reducing attacks, additional objectives include ensuring future resilience of entities facing attacks, while preserving human rights; assisting nations lacking advanced cyber capabilities in capacity-building; promoting technologies for international cyber-security objectives.
