Based in Tel Aviv, Israel, Elad Tsur is a serial entrepreneur, currently the founder and CEO of Planck Re, an InsureTech startup. Previously founded BlueTail Corporation which was acquired by Salesforce.com. Elad is an expert in Pattern Classification and Image processing, and holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in computer science majoring in computer vision and data mining. He is a volunteer at the Biometric Application Commissioner's Office as a biometrics expert, researching, developing and analyzing biometric technologies since 2005.
