Michael Birnhack is Associate Dean for Research at Tel Aviv University, Faculty of Law. He is the Director of the S. Horowitz Institute for IP, and the Director of the Parasol Foundation Trust International LL.M Program. His research focuses on information law, including privacy and surveillance.
