Kenneth Geers (PhD, CISSP) is a NATO Cyber Centre Ambassador, an Atlantic Council Senior Fellow, and a Visiting Professor at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine. Dr. Geers spent twenty years in the US Government (US Army, NSA, NCIS, NATO), and was a Senior Global Threat Analyst at FireEye. He is the author of “Strategic Cyber Security”, Editor of “Cyber War in Perspective: Russian Aggression against Ukraine”, Editor of “The Virtual Battlefield: Perspectives on Cyber Warfare”, Technical Expert for the “Tallinn Manual on the International Law Applicable to Cyber Warfare”, and author of more than twenty articles and chapters on international conflict in cyberspace.
