Dr. Tal Steinherz is the Chief Technological Officer (CTO) of the Israel National Cyber Bureau (INCB). Before joining the bureau, he served in various R&D positions within the security forces for almost twenty years, leading significant development teams that specialized in communication and cyber security.
Dr. Tal Steinherz graduated the IDF's elite Talpiot program and received his Ph.D. in computer science from Tel-Aviv University.
