VP of Engineering at QCOM, serves as the General Manger of the R&D Center at Haifa, Israel.
Mimran has 20 years of experience managing Engineering Projects.

He began his career at Elbit systems, where he was part of the Aircrafts Upgrade Division.
Shortly after that he joined Qualcomm Haifa. Mimran was the lead of various Hardware projects in Communication Systems, was the Project Engineer of “inGeo”, a dedicated tracking device which was commercially launched in the USA and eventually joined the site Management team. In this position he supported Management in identifying valuable product domains, steering projects and leading the Board Design Group.
After 11 years, Mimran moved to Mellanox where he served as an Architect. Then he moved to Marvell, as an Engineering Program Manager working closely with engineering, operations and marketing leaders, while supporting leading OEMs and ODMs.
Five years later, he returns to Qualcomm Israel with the vast experience he has gained, and nowadays serves as the General Manager of the Haifa and Hod Hasharon sites.
Mimran holds a B.Sc., in Electronic Engineering from the Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology.
