 Professor of Computer Science and Neuroscience at Tel Aviv University, is an international scholar in neural computation, machine learning and pattern recognition. He has co-authored over 120 referred scientific publications on various aspects of machine and neural learning and brain activity analysis.

Professor Intrator has been studying computational models for learning and memory as well as signal processing capabilities of sonar animals and signal processing techniques for brain activity interpretation.

He currently develops machine learning and signal processing methods for advanced brain imaging and Brain/Computer Interface, particularly for EEG and fMRI, and most importantly for extensive information extraction from a single EEG electrode.

He is a past CEO of a publicly traded Asthma monitoring company (ASX:ISN) and a founder of a sonar and biomedical signal processing company.
